We have released a few new features.
MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES FOR NOTIFICATIONS
Multiple recipient email addresses are now accepted for Participant, Group Link and Conditional Logic notifications. Previously, notifications were limited to a single email address.
MATRIX LAYOUT FOR ANSWER LIST QUESTIONS
Matrix layout can now be created for Answer List questions. Just choose the new Answer List Matrix question type. In the survey project, the Matrix items are presented horizontally, with the Answer List items appearing above the response columns. On mobile devices the Matrix layout will revert to presenting questions separately and vertically one question at a time. This is to ensure ease of completion by survey participants.
In addition to vertical & horizontal layout, you can also create the matrix with dropdowns.
In Reports, each Matrix item appears as its own question, allowing you to format the data exactly how you like. In addition, all of the items belonging to each Matrix questions are also automatically added as a compound chart (i.e. combining the results for all questions in the matrix).
ANSWER LIST COMPOUND CHARTS IN REPORTS
To complement the Matrix functionality, you can now create compound charts for any Answer List questions that utilise the same answer options.
MORE HORIZONTAL LAYOUTS
In addition to Rating Scale questions, Answer List, Multiple Choice Single Answer & Multiple Choice Multi Answer questions can now all be displayed in a horizontal layout.
EASIER MATRIX SELECTION
Based on feedback we received, we have simplified the creation of Rating Scale Matrix questions. Instead of first selecting Rating Scale, and then enabling the Matrix option, the Matrix question is now readily available in the list of answer types when you add or edit the question.
PERFORMANCE UPDATES
We have implemented several key performance updates to surveys to make them load faster, particularly on slower connections.
