Here is a summary of the recently released features:
Survey Template Preview
We have added a Survey Preview feature to Survey Templates. This allows you to preview and test the content of a survey template (questions, instructions, page breaks) on the web. Data checks are perrformed but responses are not stored. Note: The optional welcome and finish pages, logo, title, branding, colours, registration form, footer, consent form and more are customized in the project settings. They are not shown in the survey template preview. These presentation options can be edited at any time in a live project.
In addition to previewing surveys, we highly recommend piloting surveys in a live project before deploying to wider audiences. Here is a blog article form our website with tips to conduct a survey pilot.
Slack Integration
Now you can get notifications to a selected Slack channel when a survey respondent starts or finishes a survey. With a completed survey notification comes a link to view the survey results for the individual when logged into your account.
Zapier Integration - new Triggers and Actions
We have added new Zapier Triggers and Actions for "Create Satellite", "Survey Quota Reached" and "New Share". With Zapier Triggers and Actions, you can automate many workflows between Spark Chart and other applications. Read more about our Zapier Integrations in our Help Center article.
Zapier integrations can be enabled in your account through Profile/Settings/Integrations.
Language packages - Hungarian added
We have now added Hungarian to our language packages. A special thanks to one of our clients for providing the interpretation. If a language you need is not currently available, please get in touch with us! In the meantime, you can still customize the language in Project Settings/Languages yourself for any language.
