Introduction to the Management Console

Spark Chart provides a Management Console as a feature of the Consultant and Enterprise Plans. The Management Console provides consultants, member organizations and enterprises with a tool to manage their client or department accounts and users. Client or department accounts can be accessed from the single console login. The Console also provides tools to view and manage all current client/department surveys and their projects.
The Management Console functionality includes:
- Add and manage client or department accounts as well as client account users
- Log directly into client/department accounts
- View and manage all current client/department projects
- Set client/department account defaults
- Set client/department user defaults
- Copy survey templates, email templates and project templates to client or department accounts
- Create customized surveys and add them to client or department accounts
- Help, support documentation and support tickets
Add and manage client or department accounts
In the Administrator Console you can create and manage Spark Chart accounts for individual clients or departments. You can add and manage users to each account.
Log directly into client accounts
Console administrators can log into any account from the Administrator Console. This eliminates any need to record login details for every account and avoids having multiple login points.
View and manage all current client/department projects
Console Administrators can view all current client/department projects in their Dashboard.
Set client/department account defaults
Defaults can be set for branding, including logo, colours, instructions and email settings.
Set client/department user defaults
User defaults can be set in the Administrator Console for each client.
Copy survey templates, mail templates and project templates to client or department accounts
Spark Chart provides a range of high quality survey templates for most survey purposes. Spark Chart survey templates are available to Console Administrators.
Additionally, there are tools to copy survey templates, email templates and project templates easily between accounts in the Console.
Create customized templates and add them to client or department accounts
Console Administrators can create their own customized templates and also copy these surveys, emails or project templates to client or department accounts.
